Annual dues are $35.00 per household, ALL of which is tax deductible as a charitable donation.  A donation of $5.00 or more to the legal fund is recommended, however it is not tax deductible.  If you have questions, contact BCHCAZ treasurer, Lea Detweiler.

Click on Membership Application to download a membership application form. Mail the completed form and a check, payable to BCHCAZ to the address indicated on the form. Click on Release/Hold Harmless Form to download a copy.
